We use dealerpeak and it is the worst CRM tool available. Every email sent through the program goes directly to the spam folder in the customers email. It doesn’t matter if they have a yahoo, aol, msn, hotmail, or gmail account every email goes to the spam folder. If you are considering this program stop now and look elsewhere.

We also use dealerpeak. We have problems with email also…And the reports are awful. It is a complete package which has its perks. But support is terrible and promises get put on the backburner.
